On the day President Obama was elected, armed men wearing the black berets and jackboots of the New Black Panther Party were stationed at the entrance to a polling place in Philadelphia. They brandished a weapon and intimidated voters and poll watchers. After the election, the Justice Department brought a voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and those armed thugs. I and other Justice attorneys diligently pursued the case and obtained an entry of default after the defendants ignored the charges. Before a final judgment could be entered in May 2009, our superiors ordered us to dismiss the case.

I think this is a pretty ironic twist on civil rights policy. Personally any one of these voters had the right to kill these clowns before the doors even opened in self-defense. Perhaps they should punish people for submitting to thugs like this as well, anyone who votes under coercion willingly and silently isn't worth shit to a democratic country. Unfortunately everyone will probably ignore elections rigged by force despite the evidence because of all the insinutations based on no evidence about the last election. In any case, who cares about the voting machine when you can stand next to it with a gun and pull the trigger whenever you are not happy with what button is being pressed by the voter.

Anyway, once again the Democrats are fighting democracy. Only in the 20s they used to intimidate black people, just shows this party stands for nothing but brute force and slavery. Kinda like English Labor and Australian Labor, tends to trickle down from the unions.

i think you're being unfair blaming the labour movement.

it's my observation that those who fight fascism or totalitarianism will, if they are successful, become more powerful, and they will need to be fully aware of themselves or else they will always become a new totalitarian alternative.

Personally this is why i cannot believe in "positive discrimination". There's no such thing. discrimination and totalitarianism are always restricted social environments, and this in turn will always mean people are not able to achieve their full potential and work most efficiently.

unfortunately it seems to be trendy for less right wing organisations to support various forms of positive discrimination (like giving the Black Panthers an easy ride). By the way, do you have anything to show that the administration that's soft on the Black Panthers is also hard on the KKK? That would indeed be something interesting.
